Main functions
Carry out administrative tasks related to civil and administrative law. Draft letters, prepare simple proceedings, books of authorities, and various other legal documents. Answer the phone, follow-up on phone calls and greet clients. Organise files and take care of filing. Monitor files and timetables, manage the agenda. Take care of clients accounts' invoicing and manage accounting files. Verifications in judicial services databases (court records, calendar, etc.). Handling of mail, photocopies, emails. All other related tasks.
Requirements and working conditions
Education :
Collegial
Years of experience related to the job offer : 3 to 5 years experience
Description of qualifications : Diploma of professional studies in legal secretarial work or equivalent training. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Practical knowledge of the legal proceedings applicable before the judicial and administrative courts, as well as of the service procedures. Proficiency in the following MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent French and English, both spoken and written. Meticulousness, conscientiousness and strong organisational skills. Dynamism, celerity, ability to prioritize, and ability to withstand pressure. Excellent communication skills with various interlocutors. Tact and good judgement. Discretion and confidentiality.
